MEET SPENCER

Hey, I’m Spencer. I’ve spent 15 years behind the chair, refining not just my craft, but how I care for my clients. I built this salon experience around one question: What do women actually need when they walk into a hair appointment?

Turns out, it’s not just a root touch-up. It’s a safe, soft place to land. A few hours of decision-free living. Hair that feels like you, but better. And a stylist who treats your time, energy, and nervous system with the respect they deserve.


This isn’t a salon where you second-guess the price, the process, or your welcome. You’re not “just another client” here, you’re someone I’m pumped to see every single visit.

If your hair looks this good, you can cancel therapy (kidding… kind of).

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
I have a 48 hour reschedule/cancellation policy. I ask that you please give 48 hours noticed before canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will be charged 50% of the price of your scheduled service. This will not be applied to any future appointment. A no showed appointment will result in being charged 100% of the price of the services booked you will no longer be able to make appointments with me. Communication with me is key!

TARDINESS
There is a 10 minute tardy window if you happen to get stuck in traffic.
Arriving after your appointment time will result in receiving less services or a no show fee.
Communication is key! If I'm ever running behind I will always text you and let you know. If you're running late just let me know.

PAYMENT
I accept all major credit cards and cash. No personal checks will be accepted.

REDO'S AND REFUNDS
My intention is always to achieve your hair goals with your best interest in mind. Hair color is an art and not the sale of a commodity. Expert opinion and subjectivity is involved in the process. If you see something that just isn't sitting well with you an adjustment will be performed at no cost to you within two weeks of the original services rendered.

There are no monetary refunds for services rendered.
